Fees

Billing and Payments

• All listed prices include GST.
• Monthly invoices are due within 15 days.
• Term invoices are due within 30 days.
• If lessons begin partway through a month or term, the first invoice will be pro-rated to reflect the remaining lessons.

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (details are included on invoices)
• Cash at the school
• Card payments at the school (1.1% surcharge)

Additional Costs

Lesson fees cover the scheduled lesson time and any teaching materials provided by the teacher during the lesson.

Some additional costs may apply depending on the student’s activities and goals, including:

• Physical music books or printed sheet music
• Examination entry fees (AMEB or other exam boards)
• Concert or performance participation fees
• Additional lessons, rehearsals, or coaching beyond the regular weekly lesson

School Holidays

• Regular lessons run during the NSW school term only. School holidays and public holidays are not included in lesson invoices.
• Additional lessons or catch-up lessons may occasionally be available during school holidays, depending on teacher availability.
